Tomáš graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University. During his university studies, he joined NIRRIS as a legal assistant, where his work focused primarily on insolvency and debt recovery. His experience in insolvency practice is complemented by his interest in the functioning of local governments and legal issues in the public sector.
